Management simulation where you design, build and manage an arcade empire in classic isometric pixel art, choosing machines, décor, staff and upgrades across campaign levels and sandbox mode.

Arcade Tycoon lets the player design, manage, and build an arcade empire in a classic isometric pixel art style. Guests can be kept happy by choosing from hundreds of entertainment machines and decorative items, with research and unlocking menus used to discover new games, tech, and staff.

The game includes a wide variety of entertainment such as consoles, pinball, retro and modern games, shooters, pool, ice hockey, and virtual reality. Players can create themed areas with attractions and decorations for floors, walls, pictures, and facilities.

There are 12 campaign levels and a sandbox mode, with locations including the ghetto, wacky museums, theme parks, a pirate ship, shopping malls, and haunted hotels. Staff include security, cleaners, technicians, and entertainers, while guests may include aliens and thieves.

Other features include power management, marketing, finance, upgrades, unlockables, customization, and an appeal system. The finance panel shows profits or losses, monthly statements, graphs, marketing, and loans.
