Citadelum

Citadelum is a city-building strategy game where you build and expand a settlement, manage resources and legions, and deal with capricious gods in a mythological setting.

Defy the gods of the Pantheon or follow their will. Become the master of many lives and the destiny of few in a twist on the genre set before the old deities.

Build your settlement by gathering and refining resources from forests and quarries, breeding animals, growing vegetables, fishing, and making wine. Improve buildings, secure water with aqueducts, and train citizens for work or for legions. Towers and walls help protect the village from barbarian attacks as it grows into a city.

Expand across the world map, free villages under siege, and use tactical auto-battle combat with the legion. Set trade routes, import exotic resources, send explorers to find mythological objects, and complete missions for the Senate.

Build temples and make offerings to gain the favor of the gods, but their support is capricious and can bring punishment from others. The interaction with deities creates a non-linear, replayable narrative with mythical encounters.
