Combat Mission Red Thunder

Combat Mission Red Thunder is a tactical war game set on the Eastern Front in summer 1944, where you command Soviet or German forces in historical battles and campaigns or custom Quick Battles.

It focuses on hard-fought Eastern Front battles in Bagration and Poland, from the swamps of Belarus to the gates of Warsaw in the summer of 1944. Players can play historical battles and campaigns or create customized Quick Battles.

The game covers the Eastern Front as the forces of the Third Reich lost hope of victory. Players command Soviet forces or the German Heer across a large area of territory.

Two detailed campaigns are included: a Soviet breakthrough at Orshra and a German armored counterattack at Radzymin, Poland. There are also 18 standalone battles, Quick Battle maps, and Master Maps for creating custom battles, along with 84 vehicle types and dozens of heavy weapons.
