Meet and recruit unique Consultants, explore their mechanics, levelling choices, and personalities, and unlock new skills and playstyle options as they grow through the campaign. You can also discover, research, and cure alien conditions, treat patients of all shapes and sizes, and provide healthcare across a range of unusual settings.

Use holographic doctors, short-range teleporters, and subspace portals to micromanage performance, upgrade rooms, read the thoughts of everyone aboard your station, and purchase equipment from a colossal wandering trader. The goal is to raise your Hospital Rating.
