Legions

Legions is a detailed strategy game set in the ancient world, where you lead an empire through diplomacy, economic manipulation, and military strategy across historical scenarios.

Since the beginning of recorded history, mighty empires have emerged to dominate the world, only to crumble into dust.

It lets you relive struggles for power in the ancient world. The Peloponnesian War, Caesar’s conquest of Gaul, and the rise of Charlemagne are among the 10 challenging scenarios that test empire-building skills in this strategy game.

As the leader of an empire, you must balance diplomacy, economic manipulation, and military strategy to overwhelm your opponents. You must position your armies strategically and lead them into battle, where defeat or victory may follow.

Features include ten historical scenarios from 1200 BC to 800 AD, role-playing opportunities such as king, economic minister, diplomat, and general, a realistic market economy simulator, and a random scenario generator.
