Otherwar is a pixel-art mash-up of tower defense and bullet hell where you play a defender angel planning defenses and smiting an encroaching hell horde across 9 levels.

Otherwar is a mash-up of tower defense and bullet hell with pixel art visuals. You play as a defender angel called to stop an encroaching hell horde.

Before each mission, you can select towers and skills to help in battle. The angel can also smite enemies directly if needed.

Enemies fire different kinds of projectiles, including following eyeballs, spider webs, and swirling leaves from undead treants. Some, such as necromancers, can raise skeletons if left alone for too long.

There are 9 levels, and the angel can upgrade skills during battle and gain new abilities between missions.
