Pioneers of Pagonia

Pioneers of Pagonia is a strategy game where you lead settlers across fog-shrouded islands, build settlements and an economy, explore procedurally generated islands, and unite tribes in a fractured world.

As a Pioneer, you lead your people through a world devoured by fog, made up of countless islands where hope, craftsmanship, and community must rise again. You establish settlements, discover lost tribes, unfold new technologies, and face dangers hidden in the fog. In the story campaign, you are a navigator searching for the Tower of Visions.

The catastrophe fractured Pagonia into countless isles. Your mission is to dispel the fog and reunite the world by travelling from island to island, meeting unique factions, facing dangerous enemies, and finding out what happened. The complete campaign includes unique missions, story characters, new factions, artifacts, legends, and the Hollowed, boss enemies born from the fog itself.

You can also build a thriving economy with more than 60 building types and more than 100 commodities. Production chains are visualized, logistics use roads and transport routes, and thousands of Pagonians work, trade, and live at the same time. Explore procedurally generated islands with different landscapes, tribes, and challenges, and form alliances through trade and quests.

Not every encounter is peaceful. Bandits, Scavs, and mythical beings threaten your settlement, so strategy and preparation matter. You can fight tactically with your troops, strengthen your economy to secure your defenses, and decrypt artifacts that influence the powers of the fog.
