ServiceIT is a game about running an IT service company, repairing electronics, managing networks and servers, and using terminals and programming to uncover and stop a hacker.

You are the owner of an IT service company. The work includes repairs, network infiltration, programming, server management, and cleaning, while you uncover an elusive Anonymous hacker trying to sabotage the company.

Equipment repairs cover electronic components such as RFID, Ethernet, Wifi, and Pendrive boards. Ready-to-move-in devices include telephones and air conditioning controllers, and components can be cleaned with compressed air and further disassembled.

Network management involves routers and network devices from different customers. You can break into local networks to steal data and surveillance recordings, and the terminal lets you manage files, control data access, recover and remove malware, and crack passwords.

Programming uses blueprint-like mechanics to write software and program devices. Server management includes replacing server drawers to increase power, and fires in the server room require strategic extinguishing.
