Stronghold Crusader HD

Real-time strategy set during the Crusades in Arabian desert battles, where you build desert fortresses, command Crusaders or Saladin’s forces, and fight through historical campaigns and skirmish missions.

Journey to distant Arabian lands and take part in historic battles from the Crusades. The game includes four historical campaigns and more than 100 unique skirmish missions, with fiendish AI opponents and new units.

Relive the Crusades as Richard the Lionheart and Saladin, Sultan of Syria. The campaigns cover the First, Second and Third Crusades, along with conflicts within the individual Crusader states, including battles such as Nicea, Heraclea, the siege of Antioch, Krak des Chevaliers, and the Siege of Jerusalem.

New high resolution graphics and HD battlefield view let you zoom out and see the whole map on one screen. You can build a desert fortress, use new siege engines and castle defenses, and command units such as the Assassin and Horse Archer.

Stronghold Crusader and Stronghold Crusader Extreme are both included. Extreme adds a higher unit cap, Tactical Powers such as Arrow Volley, and new buildings, while the original game is also included as a bonus goodie.
