The game is a global geopolitical simulation that lets players control entire countries in political, economic, and military areas in a real-time 3D environment. Players build up their countries, increase their influence, and compete against sophisticated AI using economic sanctions, political alliances, and military actions.

It includes 193 playable real countries with realistic data from the CIA World Factbook, the United Nations, and U.S. Military databases. The game also features real-time gameplay, modular unit building, solo scenarios, sandbox mode, and multiplayer support for up to 32 players in several styles.
