Technotopia

Technotopia is a city-building game where you use a deck of building cards to create a metropolis, balance four factions, and respond to public needs in a city shaped by an AI called Iris.

Social and economic conflicts have rocked the world, leaving one metropolis with a precarious balance of power. Authorities create an algorithm to build a perfect city for all segments of the population, leading to Iris, an artificial intelligence designed to build a utopia.

You use a deck of cards with buildings to shape the city. Build skyscrapers, parks, residential districts, and transport highways to decide what the ideal metropolis should look like.

Four factions compete for control: capitalists, aristocrats, politicians, and the common people. Every decision shifts the balance, and you must meet their needs while responding to events such as fire victims and gangs taking over districts.

The city also contains hackers, oligarchs, criminals, and inventors. You can communicate with them and provide services in exchange for help in maintaining order.
