Wargame Construction Set is a wargame construction and simulation game where you design and play custom battles by drawing maps, placing terrain, and setting unit attributes, with scenarios ranging from historical to science fiction.

Wargame Construction Set lets you design and play a wide range of wargames, from simple tactical engagements to large strategic campaigns. You can draw your own maps and place roads, rivers, bridges, woods, buildings, and mines in arrangements and scales you choose.

The game supports battles from different periods, including ancient warfare, modern conflicts, sword and sorcery, and science fiction. Units can be given different attributes such as unit type, weapon type, firepower, movement points, and strength points.

If you do not want to create your own scenarios, eight ready-to-play games are included, with five solitaire and three two-player games. The editor allows individual unit values for 14 different factors, and the rules include a tutorial.
