WAVECADE

Wavecade is an arcade shooter where you move up and down the screen, shoot descending blocks for points, and use powerups and abilities in a sleek retro 80s sci-fi style.

Inspired by classic arcade shooters such as Space Invaders and Galaga, this game uses a retro 80s and sci-fi aesthetic. It is designed to bring back the feeling of arcade play.

You can move up and down the screen to bend time, while each wave makes the game speed up a little. Blocks appear in different patterns and types, and hazards can appear at any time.

Powerups can be stacked, and collecting the same one upgrades it and extends its active time. Abilities can be used when you are close to destruction, and bosses appear later with their own abilities.

It also includes multiplayer with leaderboards, several game modes, and customization options for ships, colors, skins, and propulsion effects.
